Description of excel work: We need to create an excel document with around 11 columns of data [and approx no more than 60 lines] which can be exported as a txt file as BACS-18 format ready for upload for bank payments. Ideally we would like a macro button to hit for export and all the data is exported to a txt file.
This excel template will be used for payroll, supplier payments etc and uploaded to the bank for payment.
I can supply the exact requirement for the BACS-18 format which includes some entries to be left or right padded with spaces.
Ideally we want to setup the template with our data then each month only change the values of the amount to pay. Also what would be great is to have a tick box alongside each line ie: if it is not ticked then it does not get included in the output to txt [and is left out for that month]. I have supplied here an example of the txt file that is required.
