Excel programmer needed for Container Load Problem solver in Excel

Dear Sir/Madam,

For my trading company I was looking the past few weeks for a way how I could set an algorithm in Excel that could calculate for me how many products would fit in a particular package.

Your your imagination, I sell a lot of articles on an online selling platform. And on that platform I can set a volume discount percentage for combined shipment. Which means, when the customers orders more then 1 piece of the same product

Now I am trying to develop a tool which I can fill in the discount percentages for the different quantities and still can see how many profit I make per order for each quantity.

But right know I just guess the box size. Which is not very accurate.

For this I would like to implement a tool in the excel management file of my company that calculates the size of the package for the quantity of articles.

The selling platform has 4 different sizes boxes. XS, S, M and L. The bigger the size the more I need to pay.

The tool that can calculate the amount of products that fit in a particular box, I have found.

But.. I literally have no clue how it exactly works. I can use it, but I would like to let it work in my own systems.

It works, so if I could implement this in my own excel and let that tool extract data out of a sheet with measurements and weight of a product. And the maximum weight and measurements of box XS, S, M and L. It should work.

But, I don't know how to. But I'm sure that anybody here knows the answer.

Also you can download this tool on this website. The tool itself is quite complex. Something simular that only calculated with weight and measurements for me is fine.

The measurements of the boxes of the selling platform you can find in the attachment. I also could share the Excel of my company at this point. But I don't think it is necesarry.

So, I would like to use this tool in my own excel file. as an extra tab, That calculates for the quantities, 1,2,3,4,6 and 8 how many products with x measurments fits in which box.

For example. If 4 articles fit in box S, but 5 articles are ordered in 1 order. Then I would like the system tell me it will be size M.

So I would like to know the box size for x quantity.
