Excel Expert- arrange data alphabetically WITHIN a cell in Excel

Hi,

I need help to alphabetically arrange data within a cell in Excel. Please note the data needs to be arranged within a cell and not within a column therefore you can not simply use the sort function. I believe a Macro is required but do not know what to do beyond this. I have attached some sample data which requires arranging.

This is an urgent task and needs to be completed asap.
