Event Photographer

I am looking for someone to come along to a one day event in Nottingham and to take some shots of a conference we are creating within our bespoke event-branded room. It is a one hour themed show, in which 25 people are present at a time (we repeat it six times a day) to learn about some "hero" products in the run up to Christmas. I think you would need to be there for about three shows in total and also we would need a few shots taken of a small exhibition stand and the people who run it. The lighting will not be great so you will need to work in slightly challenging conditions because we are also running live shows, but we will put up the light a bit. We then need you to go away and tidy up the shots a bit, select the best ones (about 300 perhaps) and send us a couple of copies of these shots on USB sticks and transfer all copyright to us. It is basically photos of the room, the products, the people, the show etc. Simple! Let me know how much time you will need to do this job and what our travel costs will be. Blue chip clients are involved so blue chip experience would be useful. Thanks!
