Environmental research

I am looking for someone to produce a research document for me,

In this document I want the following information
Details of all companies in the uk that are collecting and recycling food waste as a separate waste stream at present.
The details i require are
- name of company
- contact details
- location of processing facility
- type of facility I.e. composting, anaerobic digestion etc
- post code areas covered by service
- if these companies can process packaged foods I.e. end of life sandwiches
- Type of foods accepted
- types not accepted

I need this research to be for as many companies as possible, that can process food stuffs themselves the service must not be sub contracted.

In your application please let me know how you would go about conducting the initial stages of this research, ie exactly how you would go about finding food waste recyclers etc. if you do not explain this in detail you will not be consider.
