Email Marketing Template

I need to create an email marketing template which will be used to send to approx. 25,000 businesses to advertise/market a holiday finding service in the UK.

This is a new business and is part of a larger holiday accommodation listing service, but this is to be advertised as a completely separate business to avoid any confusion between the two.

All proposals will be considered, but those with a proven track record are more likely to be considered.

I have a lot of recurring email marketing work through one of my businesses, so this is not likely to be a one off for the right person.
