Company start-up in Real Estate offering a range of legal services.

Web site is close to completion, with the exception of content.

The Company has drafted the copy, with the exception of a couple of informative pages.

The content now requires editing with the emphasis on SEO, together with new copy for the informative pages - probably around 300/500 words.

The content has to be white hat and post Google Penguin. All primary keywords will be provided (or at least suggested) although meta descriptions require close attention.

The market is niche in relative terms but dominated by one or two big players.

Only Freelancers with strong portfolios and feedback need apply. The company is anticipating a 3-6 month interval between launch and Page 1 ranking, although it will be introducing a strong range of features and activities to accelerate ranking wherever possible.

Further work available in the form of regular content update to remain white hat and relevant to its market sector.
