Ecommerce site upgrade - Please apply ONLY if you are a MAGENTO Expert

We have the site theme/skeleton ready for our ecommerce sites (www.nutramark.com/fitterbuy.com). We also have a graphics expert helping us with changing/modifying the theme graphics.

What we need help with now is the data import, taking graphic designers work and incorporating in within the theme, and enhancing the overall look, feel (product menu, product filters, right-sizing logos, product description tabs, applications etc). So there is still a lot of work to be done - about 50% of work has been completed.

We need to move fast with this project - we need to have this site up and running before the end of next week!

DETAILED REQUIREMENTS:

I Cosmetic changes:
a) Headers - check the position of the orange flag/free 2-day delivery message.
Make the nutramark logo bigger
Ways to have an arrow dropdown for the login/signin menu to the top left of header

b) The checkout/cart button, search box, and savings center/new products graphics needs replacing (we have new images);

c) the tabs for fitterbuy and nutramark need to look better (and not have line under them when selected). We also need top menu image replaced.
We can get you better tab and top menu images from our designer!

d) the menu on left hand side needs to have multiple sub menus like new and notable, brands etc.
The menu on left hand for PRODUCTS and CATEGORY pages need to allow for search by price, by brands, by attributes (kosher, organic etc)

e) check for logos/icons in footer on category/product pages

II Data Import:
a) product data and images, category info needs to be imported.
Product detail tabs need to be setup

b) look for ways to import ratings

III Applications:

a) affiliate page
b) gift registry
c) gift cards
d) rewards/loyalty points
e) returns (RMA)
f) seo friendly category pages
g) mobile/ipad compatible
h) Daily Deals
i) Also, how do I add my aweber account to my customer mailing list/subscriber list?
j) Does Magento have an internal chat software? If no should we use say Zopim chat?
k) what about options in magento for automatic re-delivery/reorder of products
l) Is there a way in magento to auto submit feeds to say thefind, google, shopzilla, shopping.com etc on a weekly basis? if not, is there an app?
m) Btw there a default coupon/discount creator in Magento, right?
n) Also, is there a feature where site visitors can leave their feedback?
o) check for ready-made mobile apps option
