E-brochure, poster and advert design

We require three pieces of design work covering an e-brochure, poster and advert.

1. e-brochure

We require an e-brochure to be designed and developed that allows the reader to digitally flip over the pages. The e-brochure should work on all devices including PC or Mac, iPads, iPhones and Android Tablets. We will also require a version that will work offline, but are happy for this to be a pdf.The brochure should be designed in a format so that it can be printed if needed.
The brochure will be used to support requests for more information from our customers.

All logo, copy and images will be provided. We need someone with a keen eye for design to put the information together in a stylish and complimentary way. We estimate there will be c.8pages however dependent on how the design comes together this could decrease or increase.

2. A4 Poster

We require an A4 poster to be designed which will be used in estate agents shop windows. All logo, copy and images will be provided.

3. Advert designs

We require the design of a standard advert that can be used in local press to generate leads for our product. All logo, copy and images will be provided.
The advert should be provided in various sizes in order that it can be used in a variety of journals.
All copy can be used from the brochure and poster copy as necessary.

Bidders should be native English speakers (i.e. have English as their mother tongue) and be UK based so that we can discuss the project with them over the phone. Ideally we would like to speak with the successful bidder to give a detailed and full brief once appointed.

All of the above needs to be completed by Friday 6th July.
