Drupal to Wordpress

I need a web developer with some design skills to port an existing older Drupal website over to Wordpress and install it in a new hosting environment. The design and the content do not need to change, although I anticipate that some changes will be necessary in it's new form. I expect the person that does this work to recommend the best Wordpress template for this project, download/purchase it, and install it in the new hosting location. I would like to have this project completed in the next 15 to 20 days.
