Draw a house graphic in a specific style

I have two characters done in a specific graphic style (see Man and Woman images, attached). These represent customers segments.

I need a House image drawn in a similar graphic style. The house should be evocative of the current house (see attached House image) such that somebody who sees the New house should instantly get that it has as its origin the Old house. However, the New House should be graphically consistent with the customer segment images. Additionally, the House needs to be able to hold several blocks of text, approximately placed in the attached image.

If you think you can do this, please respond with examples of work that show an approximately similar style. I have an additional short video that shows the Man and Woman characters in various contexts (shopping, at home, etc.) which I can share.

For the avoidance of doubt, I will need full and perpetual rights to the final image.
