We would like someone to set up the conversion tracking via Google Analytics and Google Tag manager through server sidetracking. There are in effect two websites:
A. The main website.com where we sell and advertise our platform
B. The second one is a web application go.website.com and login platform. This is where the user registers and creates the account and can start using the several services that the platform offers.
We would require to track and measure the full online customer journey. Specifically from the first point of contact that the user registers to the final step of where he gets converted. This in hindsight means that we will need to make sure that we track from i.e website.com to go.website.com ( web application) to report the data on all Google Platforms (Search Ads, Google Analytics). This will give us the ability to report and optimise the performance of Google Ads and all online marketing activities.
Conversions to track
* Registration Request.
* Registration complete.
* "Top-up” button click. These will need to be measured in all languages.
* “Add credits” button click. This will also require to be tracked to all languages (there’s no button id to measure the button click when a different language is selected
* Proceed to payment till the final step where the authorisation has gone through.
* Collect either the net value (before VAT) or the gross value (including VAT).
* Attach the above value to the successful top-up action
* We also need to segment the first time users that top-up from the returning users.
* Define the currency the payment was made.
* Track refunds per user.
