Set up Analytics + Adwords conversions for PMS on our website

Hello,
We have a small hotel. We need somebody who can set up our Google Analytics / Google Tags properly so that we can track conversions.

We are using a hotel PMS called Octorate. This means people enter our website, but the booking goes via the website of Octorate. You would need to know how to set up cross-domain tracking.

Process:
People search in Google -> People go to website -> People search on PMS website -> People book their stay

We want to track our booking conversions made via the website, so that we can track this for our Adwords.
