Issue with custom events in Google Analytics 4

Hi,
I was hoping you can help.
I'm having an issue with custom events in Google Analytics 4. In Google Tag Manager I've created custom tags to fire on video events, such as Play, Pause and Complete. We've also created events to track play percentage, video titles, etc. This then fires an Event in our Google Analytics linking to Custom Definitions. To date, Google Tag Manager correctly fires these custom events into Google Analytics and can see it functioning as expected in the Real-Time reports. However, when I go into the Analysis Hub in Google Analytics 4, play percentage, video titles, in fact all other custom events display fine. What I cannot get is the User ID custom event I created, which as far as I can ascertain, is setup in exactly the same way.
