Help understanding the Google Tag

Hi,

I run Google ads for a client and would like someone to help me understand an issue Google have flagged in their account with the Google Tag.

I would like to arrange a 30 minute call with an expert in tags / tracking to cover the following:

- What the purpose of the Google Tag is
- What it best practice (how / where it should be implemented & how to check this is correct)
- What should be listed in managed domains

I have numerous other clients so their could be additional work in this area.
