GA4 / Google Tag Manager Report Set Up

I am looking to create a report that I can present to my clients on a monthly basis which shows the following information. Ideally set up so I can download the pfd and send to my clients.

The GA4 accounts are all set up. I have five sites in total – none of them are ecommerce. This is an example www.the-probate-network.co.uk

1. Number of visitors to the site and associated info e.g. time on site
2. Exit pages
3. Key landing pages and associated info e.g. bounce rate
4. Key landing pages and source e.g. organics, social media, email newsletter
5. Goal conversion and source of traffic
a. Number of download requests
b. Number of bookings
c. Number of contact us form submissions
d. Outbound link clicks
6. City Location of visitor traffic
7. Mobile or desktop traffic

I know the information is there and can see it, what I don’t know how to do is to make it look readable for a non techie client. I anticipate there will be a set up and then tweaks along the way as all the sites are constantly evolviing.
