Social media Marketing

My name is Divinder, I am based in Birmingham we have been developing a video sharing platform for the past 2 years it is almost ready now I should say within about 4 weeks it should be ready for phase 1 beta launch and I would like someone to handle our 4 social media accounts - FB , Twitter , G+ & Instagram.

I am looking for someone who is a genius in bringing attention to my site and ultimately create subscribers , followers and get people talking about it I want to create a buzz around my business , my target for year 1 is 3,000 subscribers [ or more ]

Our starting subscription is £4.95 per month or they can simply upload a a pay as you go customer for 0.50p per film but we ultimately want them to subscribe to the site

Our Ad budget for the start is £100

The £100 budget would be split as followed:

£1.10 per day on promoting my content to video makers, which will include links to FlixChimp etc.
£1.10 per day on a direct advert on Facebook encouraging video makers to sign up
£1.10 per day on a direct advert on Instagram encouraging video makers to sign up
