Instagram Customer Engagement

For our instagram accounts we need to have active engagement of the accounts. We do not want any bots or automated programs. We have 3 sites and what to start with 500 likes on each portal with a total of of 1500 and commenting on 1/4 of them. Same process and unfollow after 2 days for the non responsive.
We will give posts to do about 2 a day on each portal
