YouTube Channel Building + video marketing

I need someone to add meta data, titles, descriptions, hashtags relevant to subject matter to build a YouTube channel for this you will have access, what I also need where you wont have access but I will upload, is insta and TikTok setting adjustments, and suggestions for those accounts (i wont give access due to past bad experiences until after 1 month) if you are good then I will let you take over all 3.

The goal is building a following, I have over 100 videos to distribute currently ready. you will know this
1 how often to post
2 when is best to post
3 what to add to descriptions length titles keywords etc where they go
4 what settings are needed on all
5 what account changes are needed

you will not use AI for speaking to me at all, if you cant speak English you cant do it, don't send me an AI proposal all the right answers about this work then when you get the job you cant do it, this is absolutely a NO!! don't do it!

The job is for a 6 weeks trial, that is what you are bidding for, don't bid low then tell me the cost is different later as I wont go ahead if you are not transparent, also, if you are doing terribly after 4 weeks, or 3 weeks, we will end it with a proportional payment if you have stuck to the agreement.

If I have to ask you in a week what you are doing, the job will end in a week, you need to be proactive.
