Wedding videography

I need a videographer for my wedding on 28th Aug 2011 in central London. We need someone available from 11:30 am till 11:30 pm, with breaks in between and food included.
I am competent at adobe premier and will be edittin the footage myself, so just need a skilled camera person with his/her own professional equipment to shoot the day and then give me a hard drive with the raw footage on it (AVI) (I can supply the hard drive). I would expect between 3-4 hours footage.
We are Indian, so it would be nice to have someone who has shot an Indian wedding before, but it is not essential - in my opinion quality/skill and creativity are more important than specific experience.
