Briefing

Introduction

My name is Paul Sterling and I have been involved in sport at the highest level. My background includes boxing, athletics, martial arts, football and rugby.

I am a qualified martial arts instructor in Ju Jitsu and have been qualified as a Personal Trainer since 2005. I have developed a series of unique training sessions that will enable anyone to achieve their goals.

They have been derived from my own experience and observations working with elite coaches in all the various sports.

I am opening up a Health and Well-being Centre on the 5th December 2011.

Work Required

A VIP launch party is planned on Thursday 1st December and as a part of the launch evening, I would like to show the work carried out from signing of the contract to the completion of work on the facility.

I have photos and videos and would like them assembling into a video presentation to form part of the entertainment for the evening.

I require the production of such a video presentation and due to the timescales, a quick turnaround would be expected. All material is available.
The video will also be used as collateral on my website to show my humble beginnings and a reminder to all that – HARD WORK MAKES DREAMS COME TRUE!
