Video Clip Editor

I have a short jazz music video clip (about 5 mins) which needs some work to finalise it. It is currently in portrait and needs to be in landscape; I have several photographs to fade in and out of it and a couple of images to add to the beginning and end. Ideally it would be good if some background noise could be removed but it isn\'t essential. The clip is currently in 3GPP format so you may need to convert it into something more easily editable. AVI and MPEG final formats are acceptable.
