Simple Video Production

I edit a number of Blogs on several different subject matters. I would like to upload very short (ie 1 minute) and simple "What is?" Videos on each of these subjects. These videos will be as simple as text on the screen, with a VoiceOver in the background reading out the text. I will write the content myself. To start with, I would like to make 5 of these, but I will have an ongoing requirement for new videos if the first ones are good enough.

Therefore, I need someone to make these 5 videos for me.

I have no idea what the hourly rate is, so the figure I have quoted is indicative.

Preference will be shown to freelancers who can also show me how to design the optimum YouTube channel on which to display these and knows how to optimise the video for SEO.
