Project overview
Seeking a creative freelancer to develop a shock-value content pack for real estate listings, including research and both written and visual assets.

Objectives
Deliver engaging real estate content to attract and captivate an audience focusing on unique property details.

Scope of Services
- Research 100 US listings(zillow,redfin) to identify hard red-flags
- Write 50 hooks and captions using supplied template(I will send this in private)
- Create 30 TikTok/IG Reel MP4s and 20 IG/LinkedIn carousels
- Organize all content into Canva brand kit templates

- Tools include Canva Pro, CapCut, and Google Sheets.
