Professional video editor for promotional video

Hello,

The model video I have is with chrome/ green background. I want a promotional video ad of the model using the makeup products I have many videos and various angles of the model using the makeup products and I want it edited and the green background replaced with something attractive with different transitions that are in sync with a music fit for makeup something like the attached video. I need different transitions like blinking, slow motion, etc.
I also need a good audio/music first to use for the makeup video and make the transitions in sync with the music, I have tens of clips of the model using the makeup and in different poses and angles you can choose whatever best suits the video and I want the time of the video to not be more than 20-30 seconds long.
I'll also need company logo at the end of video like attachment.
Will you provide the quality, visual and attractiveness of the video be just as professional and similar as the video here?
