Whilst Varun communicated well, he lacked some of the basic skills needed to do very simple edits, despite saying he did. Unnecessary work was done which took longer and in the end, I had to get a partial refund as I only wanted to pay for his time, but not for the job. I can only give fair and honest feedback of my experience using him. He wasn't awful, but wasn't very good either.
