Photos made into a video with music

I have a bout 20 photos, which I would like edited into an into video to be used on a website. The video would also need to be mixed with my choice of song.

I will require the video to play in tandem with the song, matching the beat with any additional mixing & editing suggestions you can make. I will eed two videos, one that is about 30 seconds long, the other to be 90 seconds long.

Im ready to start today, need the job fished quickly if possible.
