Description
Experience Level: Entry
About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on assistant who can support strategy, filming, light editing, and—critically—TikTok analytics. You’ll help design the content pillars and calendar, produce short-form videos, and coach Blair to self-serve analytics and programming going forward.
What You’ll Do
● Develop an overarching social strategy with 3–5 content pillars aligned to fashion, beauty, and C-suite work themes.
● Build and maintain a simple, repeatable weekly posting calendar (tests, formats, hooks, and CTA notes).
● Provide deep analysis coaching of TikTok performance (watch time, retention curves, hooks, A/B tests, hashtag/search trends) and explain the Creator Rewards/monetization mechanics.
● Create step-by-step guides and provide live coaching so the CMO can independently run basic analytics and evaluate content performance.
● Assist with filming (framing, lighting, audio tips) and basic editing for TikTok (cuts, captions, text, transitions).
● Identify relevant trends/sounds and adapt them to brand voice while maintaining professional/brand-safe standards.
● Deliver brief weekly snapshots (what worked, what didn’t, next tests) and a simple KPI dashboard.
What You’ll Bring
● Strong knowledge of the lifestyle creator space (fashion/beauty + professional leadership content).
● Proven TikTok analytics skills (reading native analytics, retention/CTR insights, search/SEO, basic experimentation).
● Familiarity with Creator Rewards/monetization programs and how incentives influence format and cadence.
● Basic editing proficiency for short-form vertical video (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush, VN).
● Comfort filming on mobile and advising on lighting/audio for polished, efficient shoots.
● Clear communicator who can teach and document processes for a busy executive.
● Organized, proactive, and able to protect confidentiality and brand standards.
Nice to Have
● Experience with TikTok Shop/Affiliate, UGC workflows, and creator collaborations.
● Copywriting chops for hooks, captions, and CTAs.
● Familiarity with simple planning tools (Google Sheets/Drive, Notion, Asana/Trello).
● Understanding of social SEO (keywords, hashtags, metadata).
Success Looks Like
● A clear 3–5 pillar framework and consistent posting cadence.
● Short, actionable weekly analytics reports with next steps.
● Measurable improvements in retention, watch time, and saves/shares.
● The CMO can self-serve analytics using your guides and training.
Hours & Compensation
● 10 hours/week for the first 4 weeks (onboarding, pillar buildout, training), then 5 hours/week ongoing.
● $25/hour
How to Apply
Please send:
1. A brief note on how you’d structure 3–5 pillars for this brand.
2. 2–3 TikTok links you’ve filmed/edited or managed, with one-line performance context.
3. A sample one-week posting calendar (titles, hooks, format, KPI to watch).
