Motion graphics applied to a promotional video

I will be directing a promotional video for a payment card app company, and need to work closely with a motion graphics designer so achieve effects similar to this:

The graphics will be supplied to you, so all you will have to do is the motion.

In your proposal, please show examples of previous work and tell me how long it would take you to create these short animations.
