Marketing Video for a Software

I am looking for someone who can create a marketing video for my company\'s software. More detailed info will be provided to those who shortlisted. In brief,

1. The video is about 20 to 30 seconds long.

2. It is to be posted on our website and video resolution will not be bigger than 800 x 480.

3. Narration may or may not be needed. That could be according to what you propose but if narration is needed, we do need to have an American accent.

4. The target audience for the video are parents/educators of children aged between 4 to 10. The software is an educational software to help children improve reading fluency.

5. The video is to showcase what the software is about and the theme should be fun and targeting our audience and users (which are kids between 4 to 10).

6. Our software uses only 2-D graphics and so 3-D stuff is not needed in this video.

7. It is necessary to overlay the video with appropriate music.

8. Time-line for completion: Within 1 week from date of award.

9. Essential information and graphics needed to be inside the video will be provided. But not soundtrack.
