I need this video remade so that it can be used for publicity and on our website. It can be recreated in whatever form you find easiest and simplest.

Essentially, I'm only looking for minor changes (background, character movements, etc.) so that the final video matches with the model version above.
Attached is a script with the English translation as well as the audio file.
I'd like to get started right away because I've already had multiple developers cancel after agreeing to the project.
