I need a 3 minute 'Explainer' video for a unique on-line training tool.

I need a 3 minute 'Explainer' video for a unique on-line training tool. It will need good clean graphics, background music and a voice over. The audience will be the HR people in larger corporates. I have a clear idea of the messages but will want to discuss how best to present them and the style of the video. I have put together a 'home-made' video although I can't upload it to PPH as it is too big. There is not a huge budget for this but I need to get it right
