Go Pro video editing done for me

Im adding more detail as I am not getting offers that fit with my Budget or what im looking for:
basically I want to just send in dropbox raw video footage i shot with my drone.
Im wanting very short clips made up lasting between one and half minute and 2 mins.
Id like a suitable but same sound track placed on all the videos that i supply.
Id like it all done on the GO PRO software. i will be supplying lots of different location videos of marine destinations so its a regular gig.
Im looking for a fixed price per video.

do apply if its not going to be done on GO PRO software


ive been taking drone videos with a Go Pro 3+ and dont have time to edit them down.
Im doing a project collecting aerial footage of marinas and land slips around Scotland and some other interesting tourism stuff.
