This is the first time I have used PPH and Louise is an absolutely fantastic ambassador for your site. She took on a complicated and highly creative job which had to be completed overnight, and she completed it well within the timeframe, to an extremely good standard and with all of the brief included. She was excellent at communicating regularly throughout the process, asking lots of questions and making sure she understood exactly what I wanted. I really liked that she sent several rough cuts so that I could see the development of the work as well as allowing me to suggest changes throughout the process, so I felt much more connected to the work than just 'farming it out'.

Louise is clearly very creative and innovative. When I gave specific instructions she followed them perfectly, but in other areas she took the initiative to use her own ideas, making this a great collaborative project. She was really responsive to feedback and also is just a lovely friendly person. I was a little concerned about sending an editing request online to a stranger who's work style you don't know, but Louise's professionalism and friendliness instantly put me at ease and I enjoyed working with her. I hope to work with her again soon and recommend her very highly.
