Explainer Video - simple walk through of software

I need someone who can create a professional explainer video for my website. It will be a walk through of the software from the simple customer check-in, then showing how the dashboard functions live for the manager and the couple of features on there. A voice over, preferably male British will be required.

No animation is required, although I'm not adverse to it if in your professional opinion you feel it will give a better demonstration of the software. I'm not keen on full cartoon people animations though. My aim is to keep this as clean and simple as possible, as that is the ethos of our software.

I don't foresee this video needing to be longer than 1 minute, perhaps 2 minutes max. I will provide a script, and can provide either screen shots or access to the software so you can demo it 'live'. This is for a start up, if we are happy with the video, there will very likely be repeat business for more videos and other design/graphical projects.
