Cartoon Animation Horse Character + Promo Animation Video

The above cost is negotiable. Based on experience and ability to show previous work.

This will preferably be done by the same person but it necessary it can be split into two separate projects.

1. Horse Cartoon Animated Character Designed.

2. A promo video creating talking about our business from a voice over.

The idea is to have a quirky animated horse head where the character is talking using his hoofs as body language.

A scene where he is leaning against a stable door or similar depending on time limitation.
