Animation of house construction

I need a designer who specializes in animation of a house construction:
We are talking about fairly basic elements: Foundation, timber frame walls, joists, roof cassettes

These models are designed in .dwg (3D), converted to .dae in Sketchup pro.
But models can also be exported to .fbx

General idea of animation is:
Foundation pops up
Ground floor timber frame panels fall out of the sky in place
First floor joist cassettes fall in place
First floor wall panels fall in place
Apex panels fall in place
Roof cassettes fall in place
Dormers fall in place
