Animated video explainer

I am looking to create an effective explainer video that describe my concept and multiple services in a concise yet fun way for my platform.
Obviously, the video would have to compile all the characteristics that helps understand the problem we are solving; target audience; easy to use; etc.
Here is my high level requirements.
* solving "lack of cooking skills"; "people looking to learn to cook authentic dishes"; "authentic foodie experience"; "poor time people looking for authentic yet healthy homemade food".
* 2D or 3D animation.
* Key message: imagining falling in love with cooking again through cooking classes offered by our chefs; experiencing authentic food experiences and experiencing fridge-stocking services.
* The video should: introduce our company and overview of the problem we are trying to solve.
* Validity of the problem in his industry; including specific examples of the problem.
* Show off our features and ways they solve the problem.
* Call to actions.
* Our guarantees.
* Seal the deal.

The idea is to have a longer version explainer video; then broken down to shorter versions to fit each section of our services.
