Animated explainer video production

We’re looking for a reliable and talented freelancer based in the UK (or a native English speaking country) to develop a distinctive, high impact animated explainer video, with (UK) English voice-over for bring our website to life.

After assigning the job we will..
Require an initial online meeting / discussion
Require a list of agreed steps and timelines
Provide a script for you to advise / build on if necessary
Require a storyboard with sample graphics for approval prior to production
Need to approve the voice over artist in advance of production
To view a draft video with the option for 1 or 2 rounds of minor changes prior to final production
Will require the finished video within 4 weeks of sign off (sooner if possible)
