3D animation

I need a 3-D animation lasting approximately 20 secs of timber homes growing from the ground upwards like trees morphing into timber built homes and then into existing video and stills of homes made from timber. The homes are of a generic copyrighted brand called Ty Solar for social housing. Please reply with past examples of work and an explanation of how you would do the work. Completed video expected to be 1998x 1080 24 frames per second
