30 second marketing ad for adventure travel business

I need a 30 second marketing ad to introduce my Adventure travel business - Roam with Me Travel.
Requirements:
Video components:
30 seconds in length
1-5 seconds per clip
HD
Export files as: Mp4 or mov for ad
Want voiceover, background music & captions needed on the screen and in safe zone
We need usage rights to the ad, so any clips you provide outside our list need to be fare use
Music
We will provide:
Voiceover
Links to some free stock videos along with time stamps
We will also provide a few clips we have purchased from istock
We have horizontal formats. We may want a vertical format. How do you normally convert these? Let’s discuss this prior to moving forward. We want to use the full wide shot of some of the horizontal clips but jump cut and zoom into key human moments.
