2 minute edit!

Hiya,
I've got a video show reel that needs editing. I'm an aspiring TV presenter and have just received my reel after a long anticipated wait! The video has been completely produced start to finish by a production company so there isn't any work that needs doing to the video itself. I just want to cut out the start up to 1 minute, so it begins from 'Farrah spreads the love' at 1 minute till 2:25:16 and then simply add from 3:05-3:15 as the end.

I have tried editing it myself as it's literally a 2 minute edit but because I haven't got any video editing knowledge I seem to keep compromising the quality of the original video.

Please could you let me know if you could edit this for me.
