Long-Term Video Editor for UGC Content

I'm a UGC content creator. I film raw footage regularly and need a reliable editor to turn it into polished, ready-to-post videos - long term, not one-off.

What I need:

Minimum 4 short videos (30-45 sec each) edited per week, ongoing
Clean cuts, smooth transitions, good pacing
Captions added (styled, on-brand, easy to read)
Voiceover: I'll usually provide mine, but if you can also do voiceover, that's a bonus
Comfortable with CapCut, Canva, or similar tools

What I'm looking for in you:

Solid UGC/short-form editing experience (TikTok, Reels, Shorts style)
Reliable turnaround - this is a weekly commitment
Someone I can build a long-term working relationship with

Before hiring:
I'll send one paid sample video for you to edit as a test. If I like your style, we'll move to ongoing weekly work. You're welcome to keep your watermark on the test submission.

Budget: $10 per video (4 videos/week = $40/week and $160/per month to start if only 4 videos are edited per week usually its more than 4), open to revisiting as we build a long-term working relationship. Please confirm you're comfortable with this rate when you apply.
