London-based electrical company looking for one person (not an agency) to build a WordPress website and personally handle:
Local SEO (service + area focused)
Google Business Profile / Google Maps optimisation
Google Ads (high-intent local searches only — no display, no brand fluff)
Ongoing optimisation and maintenance
This is not a directory, reseller, white-label, or outsourced setup.
Requirements (non-negotiable):
You do the work yourself (no team, no outsourcing)
Proven experience with local service / trade businesses
Can show live examples of Google Maps rankings and/or lead results
Strong WordPress experience
UK or EU timezone
