Website SEO

We have a newly migrated website on Shopify ad looking to give the organic ranks a boost. There may be some initial analysis needed, but also considering whether getting blogs written once/twice a month will add value.
It's a small site, so not really ranking anywhere for any terms that are useful to us. Ideally we'd have monthly reports to show progress as part of this.
Is this something you can take on? We're looking for someone from the UK to help us through this.
