Website optimision, SEO, link building etc

I'm a London based photographer and need some help promoting my website

I would like a proposal to get my site in the 1st page of Google search based on various search terms that we agree. Also looking for ideas to get the site promoted through other web based means.

I'm offering a fixed fee, and / or payment based on performance, i.e. increased number of hits, search ranking, enquiries etc. Targets to be agreed.

Please include examples of work you have done in your proposal.
