Web Site - Make Live - Small Amendments & SEO

I entered this job as SEO because that is the major piece of work. I have had my web pages developed and they are pretty much there. I need the web pages made live then for me to review and make some minor changes. After that I want these pages to make top 10 in google etc so that is the major piece of work you are quoting for. I need daily contact so if you cannot manage this then do not quote!

The fixed price is for the small amount of work to make the site live and minor adjustments. The SEO is negotiable - the more money the web site makes the more money you will make - 15% of net revenue is what I expect.
