Hi Olivia,
Unfortunately, I have not received a meeting link for 9:30am. Can you forward this to me please? thanks Andy -

- Do you already have GA4, Search Console, and existing SEO benchmarks that we should use as a baseline for migration tracking?
- Should the redesign also include UX improvements (navigation, content hierarchy), or is the primary focus strictly technical SEO + performance? -

Do you have any access or control over the website? It would be important to know this first since nothing much can be done if you do not have any control.
-

- Is the redesign intended to remain close to the current branding and structure, or are you planning a more significant transformation in terms of layout, navigation, and user experience?
- Do you currently have analytics and SEO tools configured such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or existing SEO reports?
- Regarding the migration process, are there any sections, URLs, or ranking pages that are especially business-critical and must be protected during launch? -

Before our call — is the current site on WordPress, and are you looking to stay on WordPress for the redesign or open to other platforms? Also, roughly how many indexed pages are we working with for the migration?
