We need someone ASAP to handle all our SEO in the UK.

The Problem:

We are a new agency called Eclipse Model Management. We took over another agency that was on the same premises before we moved in. They were called Your Model Management (YUMM). They were an average agency and we have got some bad reviews online. Now, this is affecting our agency as people are tying us with them and we need to disassociate and debadge their name from our address, which is 11 Whitestone Way, Croydon CR0 4WF. This needs to be done asap. So, we need someone who is an expert to do this for us.

What we need:

Below is what we need an expert to do for us and quickly, but you MUST be good at accomplishing our task.

1) When anyone types in our name, being Eclipse Model Management, we cannot have any links to YUMM that pops up on google or any search engine.
2) We need to totally replace our name and our address on places like google maps for example.
3) When someone types in 11 Whitestone Way CR0 4WF it cannot show YUMM bur show us (Eclipse Model Management).
4) Anywhere that has Your Model Management (YUMM) needs to be changed to 23 Whitestone Way, which was their old address.

Can you help us to do this and how will you do it – and how fast? Lastly, what will it cost us?
