We need an Organic SEO and PPC campaign developed and managed to attract business.

Im looking to have someone develop and manage an organic and PPC campaign to develop new business on the web. This would be an ongoing job and as we are able to track and see a success rate the budget would grow based on the success seen.
We need someone who can bring in quality leads and traffic through multiple online avenues (google ppc, organic, bing, FB, twitter etc.. you tell us as your the expert) to help us grow. Right now we do not have a solid marketing or ad campaign in place so you would essentially be designing one for our needs based off your expertise and know how. We would train you on what our business is and have you take that knowledge along with your knowhow to build and maintain a system for bringing in traffic to our USA base offices.
We can discuss budget as you explain to us what we will need to do to get started and grow it monthly.
